A program emphasizing self-defense and self-discipline. Basic to advanced techniques and forms along with compitition skills and the World Karate Federation compitition rules will be taught.
Age:

All ages and abilities are accepted.  Special class for adults.
When:

First Thursday and Saturdays of the Month
Thursday: Beginners: 6pm-7pm
 

Intermidate/Advance: 7pm-8pm

Saturday: Beginners: 2pm-3pm
 

Imtermidate/Advance: 3pm-4pm

Adult: 1pm-2pm

  • $40 per month (4 sessions) or
  • $75 per month for both days (8 sessions)
