Creative Movement (Ages 2 1/2 to 5)
An introduction to movement, rhythm, teamwork, and getting to know our bodies.
Beginning Ballet (Ages 6 and older)
An introduction to ballet, further exploration of rhythm, discipline, learning steps, and creating stories with dance.
Both beginners and experienced fencers are welcome to participate.
A 12 week session class where students learn:
- Verbal and Physical Skills
- “Street” vs. Self-Defense
- Self Discipline and Confidence
- Defense Against Bullies and Strangers
Great class for families.
TaeKwon-Do is the mental training and techniques of unarmed combat for self-defense as well as health. It involves the skilled application of punches, kicks, blocks, and dodges with bare hands and feet for rapid destruction of a moving opponent. The curriculum taught is set according to the United States TaeKwon-Do Federation.
