Calorie Burn

A full hour cardio training class. This class will combine both shallow & deep water training. Focus will be on your target heart rate zone so that YOU burn calories to increase YOUR metabolic rate. A great class to burn body fat, increase muscle and build your cardiovascular endurance.

The Works

The Works is an overall body conditioning class with both deep water & shallow water routines—adding head-to-toe muscle toning. The Works is a great class for anyone wanting a full water workout.

Total Body Circuit

Shake it up a bit. This class is a full body conditioning class alternating between Cardio & Strength, utilizing both the shallow & deep water. Hit a plateau? This is the class for you. Put the kids to bed and join us for this fun hour of fitness.

Super Power Hour

Are you ready for a harder workout? Do you want more intensity in your workout? This is the class for you.  A complete fitness workout that is sure to make you sweat.

 

Weekend Warriors

Need to let off a little steam from the week?  Join us on Saturday mornings for a complete cardio workout.  You'll leave much happier and be glad you came.

Crazy with Noodles

A low impact class utilizing noodles to help manipulate movements in the deep water.
