Aerobics Class Schedule and Pricing Information
Cardio Abs
A cardio mix class which may include step, kick-box, cycling, jump-rope, BOSU, sports conditioning, hip-hop, Latin salsa, Hi-Lo with intervals of abdominal work throughout the workout. You will work the heart, burn calories and condition the abdominal area all in this hour workout!
Cardio all the Weigh
A total body conditioning class that follows a Boot Camp style format, alternating intervals of cardio weight exercises using light hand weights, and intense athletic conditioning drills. This class will target all muscle groups, especially the heart, as you work up a sweat while burning calories.
Cardio Blitz
A 45 minute workout. Each week will be different (Step, BOSU's, Glide Discs, Jump Ropes, Steps, Hi-Lo, Hip-Hop). You never know you just might do them all. If you just need to burn off calories and don't have a lot of time then join us for a quick cardio blitz.
Cardio Boot Camp
Join us for this Kick Butt non-stop 2 hour workout. Stay for the whole class or just join us for part whatever fits into your schedule. This class will consist of 30 minutes segments. Anything from cycling, kickboxing, sports conditioning, step or maybe even hip-hop. We just want you to come and Sweat! Sweat! Sweat!
Cardio Kickboxing
Put a little kick in your workout! This class is designed to improve strength and stamina by incorporating kickboxing moves and high intensity cardiovascular training. Jump ropes, boxing gloves and heavy bags are used to enhance the class.
Cardio Mix
A variety of cardio training. Everything you can think of we will do in this class. Step, Hi-Lo, Jump-rope, Cycling, Sports Conditioning, BOSU, Kickboxing, Hip-Hop, Gliding etc. So much fun you almost forget you're working out.
Combo Challenge
A combination workout that will take place in our group fitness room located on the main floor & circuit room located upstairs in the facility. This class has great variety and is a full body workout both from head-to-toe and the inside-out. This is a great class to top off your week or to gear you up for your weekend.
Cycling Plus
This class is just like regular cycling with a little variety added to shake it up. The Instructor may add a different type of cardio (i.e. Jump Rope, BOSU, Step, Sports Conditioning, Gliding), or some muscular strength may be added (i.e. weights, tubing, ab-work).
Cardip Up/Stretch it Out
This class will consist of "2" different types of cardiovascular exercise (i.e. Step, BOSU, Cycling, Kickboxing, Hi-Lo, Jump Rope, Gliding etc.) with a focus on conditioning the heart and burning fat. Afer the cardio cool-down the instructor will take you through some basic Yoga moves to help you improve your muscle felxibility and overall body conditioning.
Firm Physiques
These classes will use a variety of equipment. Steps, BOSU's, Body Bars, Hand Weights, Tubing, Resist-a-Balls, Glide Discs. If you are new let the instructor know and they will help you set up.
Pilates
A series of low impact exercises to strengthen the body's powerhouse (Abs, Glutes, and Back) a great class for all fitness levels.
Rock Bottoms & Tight Tums
When you ask most people what do they wat to work? Most often they point right to their glutes or to their abdominal area. So in other words their Bottoms & their Tums. So we decided to do a full hour class dedicated to both these areas. So come and join us so you sill have a Rock Bottom & Tight Tums.
Super Circuit
This class is held upstairs in our circuit room. The instructor will put you through a complete body workout. Alternating with both cardio and the circuit machines. If you are a little intimidated by the weight room or you just hate working out in the weight room by yourself this would be a great class for you to join.
Step-n-Strength
A cardiovascular class utilizing 1, 2, 3, or 4 Step platforms. The instructor will then lead you into a choreographed routine where one move leads into another. The last 15 minutes of this class will consist of strengthening exercises to help you to build more lean muscle mass. This class not only challenges your body it also challenges your brain. The more you participate in this class the better and stronger you become.
Body Condition
Tone and strengthen all the muscles, utilizing weights, tubing, glidediscs, balls, and BOSU's. A great ldass to improve your overall body appearance. Remember the more muscle you have the more fat you burn.
Yoga
Increase the mind/body connection through breathing, moving and stretching. Yoga has been proven to decrease stress and improve overall health which then makes for a better quality of life.
