This program is designed to be a fun, safe, and rewarding learning experience that offers participants the opportunity to become stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.
We aim to improve fitness levels by jumping rope, manipulating speed bags, punching heavy bags and focus mitts, and doing medicine ball and footwork drills. With these drills and exercises, you can expect greater stamina, muscle tone, energy, flexibility, coordination, self-confidence and body awareness. |
