Karate & Safety Awareness - The Goshen Karate & Safety Awareness classes are designed to teach youth and adults since how to protect  and defend themselves.  Classes are taught by experienced instructors and will cover verbal and physical self-defense skills as well as instilling confidence and self-discipline in a fun, family-oriented environment.

Prevention Education - Classes are designed to help families deal with a variety of life and safety issues and find appropriate ways to deal with these stresses. Classes include:

• Anger Management for Youth
• Anger Management for Teens
• Parent/Child Diversion Education
• Fire Prevention

Roller Hockey - Roller Hockey is held in conjunction with the Hollywood Connection. This program is for all youth 6 to 18 years old and is designed to teach the basics of skating and of the sport of roller hockey. Players will need their own inline skates with rubber stopper, mouth guard and helmet. Shin and elbow pads are optional but recommended.

Little League Wrestling - KEARNS COUGAR Little League Wrestling is for all boys and girls 4 years old through 9th grade. This program will allow each athlete to not only learn the basics of wrestling, but to improve their knowledge and techniques at their own level.
