Official Ground Breaking happened on June 11th, 2009. As of January 2010, we are on schedule to open in January 2011. Projected to open January 2011, the JL Sorenson Recreation Center will be a complete fitness & recreation facility operated by Salt Lake County Parks & Recreation.
