Cardio 

Circuit Training

This class combines weight training and cardio into a fast paced exciting workout for the whole body. Switch off between different cardio work and strength training techniques. All fitness levels.

Core Challenge

A 30-minute class dedicated to the muscles of the core - abdominal's and back. Come training and shape your whole mid section. All fitness levels.

FLOW

A unique and exciting class that incorporates simple low impact dance routines set to different music themes with yoga and Pilates Strength/stretch moves. Fun class - great for seniors.

Get Fit

A fantastic class to get you on the road to fitness. This class will introduce you to all kinds of cardio and strength training while giving you a great workout. All fitness levels.

Instructors Choice

Class format will change from week to week and a variety of cardio methods will be enjoyed. This class is ideal for those who may become tired of the same old routine. All fitness levels.

Kickboxing

This class is tons of fun. Come for a kick-butt workout that will shape you from head to toe. Includes kickboxing floor work and bag work. All fitness levels.

Muscleworks

This class is all about muscles. Come for a full hour of total body strength training using dumbbells, bars, balls, resistance cables and more. Stretching and abs included. All fitness levels.

Pilates

Based on the work of Joseph Pilates, this class improves flexibility and strength through core training. Focus includes concentration, control, breathing and balance. All fitness levels.

Pilates Mat Mix

Based on the work of Joseph Pilates, this class improves flexibility and strength through core training. Focus includes concentration, control, breathing and balance. Equipment may include ( but is not limited to) stability balls, free weights, etc. All fitness levels. Also try Yoga Pilates Mix
