Cycle

Start your weekend off right with great hour long cycle class. experience hills, flat terrain, jumps and more. All fitness levels.

Cycle, Circuits & Stretch

Every other week, class alternates cycling and circuits. Core work throughout and lots of stretching at the end, Cross-training at it's best. Workout like an athlete and improve all areas of fitness. All fitness levels.

Cycle & Core

A group cycling class with a core training flare. Enjoy a 40-minute ride to improve cardio and the 20 minutes of core work - Abs and lower back. All fitness levels.

Endurance Cycle

Feel the burn! This class will improve your cardio endurance with an hour and 15 minutes of cycling. Experience hills, flat terrain, jumps and more.

Quick Cycle

A fast and fun 30-minute cycle class. Great for someone with time limits, but still wants a great workout. All fitness levels.

Sports Cycle

An athletic and challenging cycle class. This class includes time off the bikes working with balls, resistance cables and more. Bring both your gym and cycling shoes. All fitness levels.

Cycle & Tone

Another great combination class for the whole body. Enjoy 30 minutes of cycling and then 30 minutes of strength training. All fitness levels.

Cycle, Tone and Stretch

45 minutes of cycling followed by a short upper body workout. Class concludes with a half hour of extensive core work utilizing both traditional and Pilates based exercises. All fitness levels.
