Indoor Cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary, "fixed gear", bicycles. The instructor leads the class on a work-out ride, including climbing hills, sprints, flat roads, and both high and low cadence drills to music. It is a fantastic cardiovascular work-out, and the hour-long format includes a warm-up and cool-down, along with light stretching. Our bikes come fitted with water bottle cages and SPD-compatible pedals, as well as a pedal side that accommodates any standard athletic shoe. So bring a water bottle, small towel, and a great attitude, and come join us for a morning metabolism wake-up. |
