East Millcreek Recreation Center has two rooms and a gymnasium available to rent, based on availability.  All rentals must be approved by the program coordinator.  All rental groups must abide by county and center policies and rules.  All rental times must include your set up and clean up time.  Renters must clean up after themselves.  A deposit and signed contract is required at time of reservation.

The Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) holds up to 30 people and is available after 6:30 pm on weeknights and on Saturday afternoons.  This is the perfect room for your child's birthday party or a small meeting.

The Child Care Room (CCR) holds up to 60 people and is available after 6:30 pm on weeknights and on Saturday afternoons.  This room will accomodate larger meeting groups.

The Gymnasium (GYM) holds up to 150 people and is available before 12 noon weekday mornings and some Saturday afternoons.

Fees:

Deposit  $50
MPR  $15 per hour
CCR  $30 per hour
GYM  $50 per hour
