FLYING TIGER SELF DEFENSE This is a beginning level class, taught by a female instructor, designed to teach self-defense in a comfortable, non-threatening environment. Students learn and participate in discussions and personal safety activities, simple defense techniques, and reaction training. Students learn at their own pace and can choose to progress through Karate belt levels. Develop self-confidence while enjoying a low-impact workout and having fun. Beneficial for families, women and children 6 and older. |
