Basic Climbing

Programs will inform participants of rules and guidelines for use in any indoor climbing gym, proper stretching and warm-up before climbing.  Participant will be instructed on correct fit of harness and climbing shoes, proper use of feet, legs, hands and arms for climbing, proper body movement and position for climbing.
