Youth Recreation Basketball

Jr Jazz

Jr. Jazz in an exciting basketball league where you can have fun, learn and hone basketball skills in a positive environment, exercise, encourage friendships, build self confidence, gain leadership skills, and learn to play hard!

Games start December 5th and are played on Saturdays at Oak Hollow Elementary, Mount Jordan Middle, or Crescent View Middle School depending on gym availability.  Practices will begin the week of November 30th.

Fee: 
1st/2nd grade - $57, includes 2 clinics, 6 games, uniforms, awards, Jazz game tickets, and Jazz player appearance

3rd-8th grade - $62 (includes $5 Canyons School District Fee), includes 8 games, a weekly 45 minute practice time, uniforms, awards, Jazz game tickets, and Jazz player appearance. 

*Registration deadline is November 9th and after the deadline there is a $5 late fee. 

To accomadate for every skill level of recreational basketball you can either register in the team league or the recreation league.  

Team League is for more competitive recreational players and teams (not Super League teams) and for any registrations with
4 or more player requests (no exceptions). 

Recreation League players may request to play with 2 other children (3 total) or sign up individually.  Any requests of 4 or more will automatically be entered into the team league, no exceptions. 

*There are no more than 3 Super League players allowed on one team in either league.
