Aerobics
Our great land and water aerobics classes are some of the best in the valley! We offer over 70 classes a week during the summer and 65+ during the rest of the year. Our instructors are all certified, trained, and experienced so you get a great workout every time you come.
While classes are carefully structured for your safety, it is still important for every participant to work at their own pace and keep personal safety in mind. Schedules may change.
Reservations are necessary for the cycling classes and can be made the day before the class at 495-1480 ext. 0.
