Games will be played at Hillcrest High School, Midvale Middle School, Union Middle School, and/or at the Copperview Recreation Center. |

| Fee: $62 | ||
Includes 8 games, certified officials, 8 games, player appearance, and two tickets to a Jazz game. |

You may request to play with up to 2 other players, but must register at the same time. 4 or more players requesting to play together MUST have a coach, NO EXCEPTIONS! |
